The program for April was all about doodling on fabric pen and ink. A little practice goes a long way in this zen technique. The room became very quiet as each member connected with the calm of her inner self!

There will be a National Parks Quilt Exhibit  at the Cornbread Festival in S. Pittsburgh. Only 2 days April 29-30 at the American Legion Hall (look for the cannon).

There will be a "Bearnina" class offered Sat. June 3rd for $20.00. Everything, including lunch, will be provided. Each participant will make a stuffed bear that will be donated to children with disabilities.

Cleveland now has a Quilts of Valor meeting spot in the Old Woolen Mills Bldg at the corner of Church and 3rd St. The  official opening will be May 15 from 11- 3:00. Contact Jackie or Karen Downer for more info.
